And now for something completely different - a man with three buttocks.
Some of the stranger idioms used locally: - ella the bra - fit the bird At least, this is what I think they're saying. Both seem to have vulgar connotations, but they're actually statements of elation as shown by these examples: "Alright! Let's go get drunk on Saturday! Fit the bird!" "Ella the bra! I'm getting a new car!" (rhyming was unintentional) It makes me wonder, who's the twisted and depraved individual who thinks up these things? And why does "chartered" mean the same thing as "really screwed up"? And why is it pronounced differently by different people? Why doesn't anybody tell me what these things mean? Why does it take at least 6 months for me to figure it out on my own? Why is the earth round? Why am I raving? Why haven't I shaved for several days? And what the hell is that smell?
